Stutman Law Obtains Full Recovery for Client Following Serious Automobile Collision

Stutman Law represents the Alberta Workers’ Compensation Board (“AWCB”), a quasi-governmental
agency which administers workers’ compensation insurance for all of the employers in the province of
Alberta, Canada. In one recent case, a covered worker was injured in an automobile collision while
driving a truck near York, Nebraska. Stutman Law alleged that the other, at-fault driver had failed to stop
at a stop sign and smashed into the covered worker’s truck at a high rate of speed. Stutman Law
aggressively pursued the claim while minimizing expenses, and ultimately obtained a pre-suit settlement
from the at-fault driver’s insurer for the full amount of benefits paid by the AWCB to the covered worker.
