In this regard, nothing has changed. The Stutman Law new loss team remains available 24/7 to intake new loss details and immediately commence an investigation. Stutman Law will also continue to work with its nationwide network of experts (with a focus on retaining local experts who do not need to travel) that have the specialized knowledge to handle all types of losses (i.e water, product liability, construction, fire etc.). As always, at each stage of the investigation, Stutman Law’s new loss team will be there guiding this process until the scene can be released to the insured for remediation.
