Stutman Law investigated a claim involving a vehicle that had crashed into the insured’s building. The crash caused damage to the building’s foundation and exterior walls, as well as some of the contents inside the building. Our investigators identified the driver and we pursued the driver’s carrier. We ultimately recovered the full liability policy limit from the driver’s insurer.
