Stutman Law investigated a loss caused by a defective product. The client’s minimal exposure required us to limit the costs that would have typically been expended on the investigation of a product claim. Using a creative approach, our office worked with the product manufacturer to limit costs while still obtaining a detailed analysis of the product. Our analytical findings were so compelling that the manufacturer agreed with our liability position and resolved the claim without the need for litigation.
