The insured’s property was less than two months old when it was damaged by water. The loss resulted from an improperly installed compression nut and ferrule on a PEX water supply line. Despite the small size of the loss, we negotiated a favorable resolution utilizing detailed photographs and explanations in lieu of an expensive evidence inspection. This saved our client thousands of dollars in expert expenses, and we ultimately recovered more than 90% of our client’s damages.
