Over the last seventeen years, Zach has focused his practice on litigation with a strong emphasis on property subrogation claims. As a result, Zach has successfully represented insurance carriers’ across the country obtaining favorable results in both state and federal courts.
Zach graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in History and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. From 2013-2022, he was selected as a “Texas Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a Thomas Reuters™ service, an honor held by only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
Zach has been admitted to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, all Federal Texas Courts, and the Texas Supreme Court, and in the State of Georgia.
