Thomas A. Marsh Jr.

Thomas A. Marsh Jr. joined Stutman Law in 2009 and practices in the firm’s Property Subrogation Department. Mr. Marsh has extensive experience in all aspects of subrogation pursuit, from the initial claim investigation through litigation. Since joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Marsh has obtained millions of dollars in recoveries from major product manufacturers and distributors, utility companies, construction entities and others. Mr. Marsh has also aggressively pursued a number of foreign and domestic product manufacturers related to property losses caused by water damage. In addition to his considerable litigation practice, Mr. Marsh’s continued involvement with the firm’s Small and Large Loss teams has led to significant recoveries for the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Stutman Law, Mr. Marsh was a judicial clerk in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County where he assisted in the handling of a variety of criminal law cases. Mr. Marsh graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Marsh went on to attend law school at the Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Marsh was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Justinian Honorary Society and was a coordinator in the student mentor program.

Mr. Marsh is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Marsh has presented seminars on subrogation topics for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He was also named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015-2019, a peer designation awarded to only a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.
