Rachaita Trivedi

Rachaita V. Trivedi joined Stutman Law in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s Property Subrogation Department. Ms. Trivedi is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Trivedi was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joy-Michele Johnson, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County.

Ms. Trivedi attended Fordham University where she earned a degree in Global Business with a concentration in Global Finance and Business Economics and minored in Business Law and Ethics and graduated on the Dean’s List. Thereafter, Ms. Trivedi attended Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2024. During law school, Ms. Trivedi held several internships including serving as a Legislative Extern for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Consumer Affairs, serving as a Legal Intern for Governor McGreevey’s New Jersey Reentry Corporation, and interning in the areas of accounting regulations, asbestos litigation, and intellectual property.

When not practicing law, Ms. Trivedi enjoys reading and spending time with her family and her dog.
