Polly Link

Polly Link is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Stutman Law. She represents insurers in subrogation matters involving complex property losses and recovery actions.

Ms. Link brings over two decades of litigation experience to her practice. Prior to joining Stutman Law, Ms. Link maintained a private civil litigation practice representing clients in business, real estate, personal injury, and insurance matters. She has handled cases from inception through resolution. Her broad litigation background provides valuable insight into the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex subrogation claims. While attending law school, Ms. Link completed a legal internship with the Office of the Public Defender for the City and County of San Francisco.

Polly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
