Melisa E. Iozzi joined Stutman Law in 2013 and is a member of the New Loss Department. Ms. Iozzi has extensive experience handling all aspects of residential and commercial property subrogation claims. Ms. Iozzi leads the investigation from the day of the loss through multiparty scene inspections and complex laboratory examinations. Ms. Iozzi focuses on early claim resolution and recovers millions of dollars for her clients every year through pre-suit settlements and arbitration awards.
Prior to joining Stutman Law, Ms. Iozzi represented plaintiffs in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including vehicular accidents, premise liability claims and workers’ compensation claims.
Ms. Iozzi completed her undergraduate education at Delaware Valley College in 2005, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting and English. She then attended Widener University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Widener Scholastic Scholarship and graduated cum laude in 2008. While at Widener, Ms. Iozzi was a member of the Pennsylvania Family Law Civil Clinic where she provided free legal services to underprivileged families.
