Katarzyna “Kasia” Parker

Katarzyna “Kasia” Parker joined Stutman Law in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s New Loss Department. Kasia is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to joining the subrogation team, Kasia gained valuable experience in complex business litigation, handling construction, real estate and contract disputes. Kasia brings strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail and a result-driven approach to recovering losses on behalf of clients.

Kasia holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Relations, specializing in European Union Law. She obtained her law degree from Temple University, where she concentrated on trial advocacy. When not practicing law, Kasia enjoys cooking traditional Eastern European food and spending time outdoors.
