Jennifer M. Vagle

Jennifer Vagle joined Stutman Law in 2026 in the Los Angeles County Regional Office.  Jen brings 15 years of legal experience across the security, biotechnology, and aviation industries, having worked both as in-house and outside counsel.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen served as Director of Contracts and Corporate Counsel for a leading security provider, negotiating significant contracts and counseling internal clients on strategy, risk mitigation, rights, and remedies.  Jen also supported business development activities at a global biotech company, serving as integration management lead on multibillion-dollar acquisitions for the Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics program, and she defended prominent aviation and aerospace clients as outside counsel in a variety of litigated matters.  With experience in contracting, compliance, and litigation, Jen has developed strong analytical and negotiation skills, alongside a strategic understanding of the balance of legal and business considerations.

Jen graduated magna cum laude from both Lawrence University and Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as a Law Review editor.  Prior to attending law school, Jen worked as a paralegal in the firm’s New Loss Department and is excited to be “coming home” to Stutman Law.
