Brittany W. Karoly joined Stutman Law in 2010 as a member of the firm’s Property Subrogation Department. Since joining the firm, Ms. Karoly has assisted in obtaining significant recoveries for the firm’s clients. Ms. Karoly’s practice includes complex litigation in numerous jurisdictions, and her work has resulted in significant subrogation settlements and verdicts against utility companies, product manufacturers and service providers, among others. Ms. Karoly has also supported Stutman Law’s involvement in various mass tort and class action litigations across the country.
Prior to joining Stutman Law, Ms. Karoly practiced law in New Albany, Indiana. Her practice there included all aspects of business and corporate litigation, construction litigation and insurance defense.
Ms. Karoly graduated cum laude from Bellarmine University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. Ms. Karoly then attended the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, where she was a published member of the Brandeis Law Journal before graduating cum laude in 2007. Ms. Karoly is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana and Kentucky, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
