Stutman Law’s attorneys have been resolving cases in Arbitration Forums, Inc. for years and have built a strong record of wins for our clients there. Our success has continued with a slew of wins in early 2020. For example, Stutman Law’s attorneys recently won a $100,000 award in favor of a landlord’s carrier against a tenant’s liability carrier in a building fire case where the cause of the fire was disputed. The arbitrator’s decision attributed the award to the detailed origin and cause investigation and superior expert report submitted by Stutman Law. In a separate case, Stutman Law’s client won on a product defect claim against the manufacturer of a dishwasher supply line that failed and caused significant water damage. The manufacturer argued that the supply line had been over-tightened during installation and had been in service too long to warrant holding it liable under a strict products liability theory. Stutman Law’s attorneys were prepared to counter these positions based on decades of experience investigating and litigating supply line cases. Finally, in two other recent cases, Stutman Law obtained favorable decisions based upon the negligence of service providers after receiving the files long after the losses occurred. The passage of time required Stutman Law to creatively investigate the losses and strategically present its clients’ liability positions to the arbitrators. In each of these examples, Stutman Law successfully resolved its clients’ subrogation matters quickly, inexpensively and for the full amounts of claimed damages.
