On September 5, 2020, a wildfire started near Japatul Road and Carveacre Road, southeast of Alpine, California and consumed 16,390 acres of land before the fire was contained, destroying 61 structures and damaging 11 structures. Investigation is underway regarding the cause of this fire. Stutman Law is monitoring the status of this fire to determine if there is any potential for subrogation recovery.
